Hi,
I am posting a video of this mornings trades to my Trading blog, I recorded them after the event as I was unsure how the recorder will affect the speed of execution. Seems ok so I will take recordings of live trades later and post them here.
On the whole I meditate for an hour prior to trading as this places me firmly in the here and now and allows full focus. See my recommendations for sites and resources in previous posts. Also, just to remind you that you can find all the day’s economic announcemnst at Forex Factory.
Just to remind you that becoming a master trader is not the goal, the goal is to master yourself, excellent trades will then be natural. Breathing and a calm state of mind are crucial.

Hi,Mark,I am demotrading[day trading 2 hours/day] forex.I am struggling to breakeven on demo trading.Should i switch to swing trading.Your thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated as to how i should go about trading successfuly like yourself.

Swing trading is no easier and requires bigger stops. The best bet is to get hold of a system/method that suits your temprament and try it out. There are a few I recommend in the link section of this blog. I’ve used and use all of them and have incorporated elements into my trading. Expect to spend money on education, same as any other profession. Forex Rebellion is a good place to start imo.
