There are many people who have been successful in making huge amounts of money from online stock trading. The following 5 tips will really help some online traders to make lots of money from online stock trading.
1 – Candle Chart reading in stock trading is the best training step for traders to trade proficiently. By becoming skillful in the activity of reading charts, candlestick charts in particular, you can easily weed out the stocks that will move up or down, depending on other factors of course.
2 – Make it a habit to set mental stop losses whenever you make a trade or else your entire account will get hammered. You should always proceed by cutting your losses early and by allowing the winners to ride. Basically, this is one of the tactics of the successful day trader.
3 – Never purchase a stock that is dropping and think that it will go up suddenly after you purchase it, it never works that way. You should always go for the stock that’s always moving up and keeps on hitting new highs. So forget the mantra of “buy low and sell high”, get that out of your brain. Its buy high and sell higher.
4 – You should never give an importance to the news. It is recommended you work independently while trading online. This is because there are frequent ups and downs in the stock market and by the time news reaches you, it’s too late. Therefore, you should always use your brain and think for yourself instead of trading using someone else’s knowledge.
5 – You should always search for the best broker with the lowest commissions or else your profits will be spent in paying commissions. Keep in mind also that it should be a good and reputable broker, and not a fly by night outfit offering these outrageously low commissions. Beware.
These 5 stock trading tips will really help everyone to their goal of hitting it big while trading stocks online.
Good stock trading starts first with education, then with practice, then you do live trades. For a good start on reading candlestick charts, I highly recommend this as your first stop. Candlestick System.

I disagree with you in this post.
You say “Never purchase a stock that is dropping and think that it will go up suddenly after you purchase it, it never works that way. You should always go for the stock that’s always moving up and keeps on hitting new highs. So forget the mantra of “buy low and sell high”, get that out of your brain. Its buy high and sell higher.”
Don’t you know when people say that they base it off of technical and fundamental analysis? Have you ever heard of that? I always do stock screen to look for stocks that have recently dropped a tremendous amount within the past 3 months. You measure the stocks value – is it undervalued or overvalued? Why did the stock drop suddenly???? Are their cash-flow, income and balance sheets good? a ton of equity with low liabilities? Measure a bollinger band and look for SMA and MA, volume and company activities. Is it a volatile stock? Is it at it’s 52 week low but company is volatile and can regain winnings again? If it is a volatile stock I will buy a put in the options chain cause I see potential in the low, undervalued stock price!!!

Thank you for your comment. As you will notice I have opened up my blog to the public and this article was not posted by me. I only trade currencies, futures and commodities. As far as stocks go I am always a seller of credit spreads using options (I do not discuss this in this blog as it requires lengthy explanations). So if you’d like to write a counter article to this one I will happily publish it minus the 4 letter words.
As far as being a 6 year old, that would be nice. Have a nice day.
