Today is critical for the equity markets as rumors abound about very weak figures for Non Farm Payrolls. Whether true or not, it’s always an opportunity to exeute some fast and ruthless scalps. You must be fully focused and give the trading your maximum attention, as you can get your fingers burnt easily. I always recommend a good 15 minute meditation prior too the event, quieten the mind and remove all ideas and pre conceptions. I use the ‘Fast Economic news’ to enter the spike on a big deviation.
